We seek to understand how the diverse forms of nature are encoded within the genome.

Using sequencing, we can read how this diversity is organised and expressed in genes. Using DNA synthesis, we can design and assemble new genomes.

By combining sequencing and synthesis, we can accelerate the design and testing of synthetic genomes to address complex problems in health, industry and agriculture.
